Most printing guarantees are written by lawyers for printers. This one is written for you. Here is exactly what we promise, what we fix, and the one honest limitation of full-color printing that every printer has and most won't mention.
Every first-time retail customer is covered by our Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee on the print products we sell — business cards, postcards, envelopes, letterhead, and more. If you're not satisfied with what arrives, send it back for a full refund of the printing cost.
Improper cutting, print quality problems, color or print shift, printing delays — if it's our error, we correct it. No arguing, no fine print.
Orders over $100 are large orders, and we'd rather you know exactly what you're getting before spending that. Our minimum on most products is small — just 25 pieces on business cards — so order a small run first, hold it in your hands, then place the big order with confidence. The guarantee on large orders requires that first small order for exactly this reason: no surprises on either side.
Full-color printing runs in CMYK, which can't reproduce every color a screen can display. We don't offer exact color matching — no gang-run printer truthfully can — but we make every reasonable effort to print as close to your colors as possible, and your free digital proof lets you catch problems before anything prints.
